Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened and used items. However, if you receive an item damaged, faulty or if we have sent you the wrong nipple cover shade, we will process an exchange or refund for you.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us pictures or videos ASAP. This will help us address the issue promptly. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
